Greenbrook Village is probably the most nature-oriented community you’ll ever find. Aside from following strict environmentally conscious building efforts, the residences are surrounded by several lakes and nature preserves. A number of nature trails are set in place for hiking and biking through the community’s surroundings. Greenbrook Village offers a choice for everyone, from first-time homeowners to retirees and everyone in between, with approximately 225 maintenance-free townhomes and 800 single-family residences that range from approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to over 4,000 sq.
Greenbrook Village is located in Manatee County, off of I-75, mile marker 217 in East Bradenton, Florida and just off State Road 70, in the northeast section of Lakewood Ranch, convenient to Bradenton and Sarasota area beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment and A-rated schools.
Greenbrook Village actually consists of two Greenbrook communities; one on the west side of Lorraine Road sometimes called Greenbrook West and the newer one on the east side of Lorraine Road referred to as Greenbrook East.
Neighborhoods in Greenbrook West include: Haven, Crossings, Bend, Run, Gardens, Trails, Vistas, Rivers, Dale and Fields.
Neighborhoods in Greenbrook East include: Walk, Banks, Ravines, Preserve and Terrace.
Greenbrook Village offers a variety of amenities. Known for its active lifestyle, Greenbrook Village is home to many lakes and preserves; Greenbrook Park with a play area for young children and a pavilion where adults can relax; the Heron’s Nest Nature Trail with pedestrian trails that connect across the Braden River Preserve to Heron’s Nest Nature Park and Braden River Nature Trail; and the larger Adventure Park, which features a fenced Paw Park, inline skate/hockey rink, playground, pavilion, and multi-use fields for sports, all accessible by several winding trails from every neighborhood. There is a pavilion that may be used for parties and other social gatherings. A true family park, Adventure Park is also the venue of Lakewood Ranch’s Easter Egg Hunt, Movie Nights and other local social events.

McNeal Elementary School and Nolan Middle School are both in the heart of Greenbrook Village West and East and within walking and bike riding distance. Greenbrook Village high school students attend Lakewood Ranch High School.
